Attach to a club
1) First, turn the lock pin of the cross grip so that the body is set at the bottom of the grip as shown in the picture. In doing so, please make sure that the mark on the cross grip body is set at the center of the club.
2) Set the installation position in the 9 o’clock direction of the clock. Next, tighten the lock pin. Please make sure that the cross grip does not work when it is attached.
3) If there is a difference in the size of the grip when attaching, please adjust it by cutting the attached rubber. You can use either left or right.
※ If the right hand back hits the club grip when you grip it, adjust it to the direction of 10 o’clock of the clock.
How to grip the grip (I will explain it if you are right-handed)
1) Grip the main grip with your left hand in the same way as usual. (Figure below)
2) The left hand grip should be week or square grip. Grip the right hand with a finger. (If you can reach the watch with a strong grip or your hands are small, and you cannot hold it with a finger, please use it in the 9 to 11 o’clock direction of the watch.
3) When gripping, be careful not to leave the left forefinger and right little finger of both hands.
4) When you hold it, the right wrist precedes and becomes the crossed shape.
Precautions for use
When hitting a golf ball with a cross grip on, at first, there will be more striking balls in the right direction, so please be careful about the surroundings.
If the back of your hand is rubbed and hurts
If the back of your right hand hits the club grip when you usually hold it with a long grip (hook grip), change the cross grip from 9 o’clock direction to 10 o’clock to 11 o’clock direction on your watch.
If you get too much power in your right hand, your hands will be separated from your hands, which may cause you to become painful. Rolling or kneading your wrist may cause your right back to hit and hurt. This is a practice instrument to hold back the right hand upheaval and shake without breaking the triangle. Grasp with a week or square grip and make sure to grasp the right hand grip with a finger.
Explanation of use
Grip two grips and naturally close both sides with the address, with the elbows facing down.
For this reason, the elbows can be folded smoothly naturally in the process from the takeback to the top. Swing to maintain the tightness at the side until you finish. By attaching the cross grip, the axis becomes two. By grasping the two grips, the movement of the wrists on the left and right is suppressed, the faces are facing in a certain direction, the ideal top is formed, and the extra wrist movement that will allow for overswing is also suppressed.
Because the grip of the cross grip is rubber-like and soft, it becomes to deter the force of the right hand, and it becomes to keep the cook of the hand made at the top as it is. Therefore, I can remember how to hit the so-called (cupped wrist) secret position, the direction becomes stable, and I start to swing at the body turn, and the head speed increases.
In the impact, the position of the right hand (holding the soft rubber) is unstable, so it becomes to hold both hands closely together to prevent the movement of the right hand.
You will be able to swing while keeping the triangle. The arms naturally loosen because both sides are tightened and swing at the center of the body (chest) because they swing with one piece, and the secret position “puddle” of the wrist (feeling of rotating the face with the revolution of the chest) is naturally opened, and the direction shake is eliminated.
Since you can’t hit it with your right hand, the shoulder thrust disappears and both shoulders rotate horizontally, creating a gorgeous finish.
At this time, please swing with the elbow facing down until the finish and the feeling of tightening the sides.
At first, slowly pull out the force and start with a bare swing. Striking with 100% force from the beginning is dangerous.
You can hit the voltage with it on, but you need to be careful at first. Once you get used to it, you will be able to hit it while holding the cross grip.
Some people are too powerful for their dominant hand and their opposite hand has come off the golf club. We are not responsible, so please be careful.
